Touch Pad Warranty,
I would like to tell you about my experience with Square Trade in filing a claim for a broken touch pad. Once I realized the touch pad was damaged (screen broken), I called the Square Trade warranty number and was asked a couple of questions. The entire phone call was very brief. Anyway, I gave them the requested information to process my claim and received an Amazon.com gift card for replacement cost, plus some for using the gift card option. Very easy and I would have to say, I would recommend a Square Trade warranty to anyone purchasing an electronic device; either lap top or touch pad. The process was simple and quick.

I had purchased a Tablet in November for a Christmas present but did not purchase an extended Warranty at that time. So after Christmas I thought about and decided maybe I should have so I looked on Amazon to see what was offered. Everything that I had read said that the extended warranty needed to be purchased within 30 days of buying the product.I called Square Trade so see if it was still possible to purchase since it was a Christmas gift.
They were very pleasant on the phone… the gentleman I spoke with informed me that because I had purchased through Amazon I had 90 days to purchase the extended warranty and that there would be no problems.
I went back to Amazon and purchased the extended warranty. I received an e-mail confirmation and a follow up document in the regular mail from Square Deal just as advertised.
I have not had to use the warranty but feel there will be no problems should that ever happen.
Lets hope not… the wife really loves the Le Pan Tablet…. I rated them 4 stars for now only because I have not had to use the warranty yet, so I don’t know what that experience will be until it happens if ever. But for there courtesy on the phone and promptness I would give them 5 stars for sure.

Great price for all that SquareTrade covers in this warranty. I hope I never have to use it , but I sleep easy knowing SquareTrade has my back if “events occur”.
