I’m still shocked Apple didn’t think of this before twelvesouth. This just goes to show the innovation from this accessory maker. I own a couple products from them (MagicWand and SurfacePad). They are always high quality and therefore durable. The convenience of the PlugBug is second to none. It’s nice not to occupy a USB port just to charge a device plus get the benefits of faster charging from the wall plug. I leave it on my power adapter at all times and it’s saved me from those moments with my 4S and its lovely battery life in addition to my iPad. Keep in mind, it powers anything USB. It’s as nice as those wall outlets that have USB ports built in, but those are few and far between so PlugBug fills that convenience.

The idea of this charger is fantastic, exactly what I want for my apple devices.
Honestly I’ve got two of this, the first one came sucked so i ask for a new replacement.
The first one is used, old, scratched, and doesn’t fit the original apple power cord properly. But the second is brand new and every angle fits just fine. Perfect partner of an apple fan.
Good quality, must-have for traveling, but please do you stay alert on every single product.

I got the PlugBug for Christmas this year and I have to say that I love it. Its one of those things that you didn’t know you needed until you got it. Sometimes I need to charge my iPad or iPod Touch, but I don’t want to mess with syncing them up on my Macbook Pro. Or maybe you need to quickly charge your iPad, iPhone, or iPod. The PlugBug is perfect for all that. It charges much quicker then if you were to simply connect it to your Macbook.
Couple of notes: if you are expecting this to fit flush with your current Magsafe adapter, you may be a little disappointed. The PlugBug is designed to fit flush with the 45w Magsafe adapter for the Macbook Air. If you have a 13, 15 or 17 inch Macbook Pro, the PlugBug is a little smaller then the adapter itself. Now this is purely a cosmetic thing, but it may be something that you want to think about before you get it.
Other then that, I love the PlugBug. Its one of the most useful accessories to come out in a while. If you are someone who is on the go regularly (like me), then you will get a lot of use out of the PlugBug. You should pick one up, I doubt you’ll regret it.
