   Both ear hooks broke within 2 weeks of my purchase. Hard, brittle plastic. Wish I hadn’t bought the product.

   I bought these for my husband. They both broke within 2 days of trying to use them. The plastic is too hard and both pieces basically disintegrated, so there is nothing to return. I know it’s only around $4, but the quality really was horrible.

   The ear hooks are the same as what was delivered with the new bluetooth from the manufacturer. However they break very easily and I have already used two of the six I received with the order about a month ago. They are not real flexable and are wider then the bluetooth so in my purse (even if segregated ti a pocked) the earhook catches on other items and snap off in the middle.
