   I’ve used these ear hooks for over 6 months. They’re much more durable than the original, and although they lack the swivel of the original, I greatly prefer the more secure fit.

   Because of some of the other reviews, I almost didn’t buy the product. But after all these months I felt compelled to write (something I rarely do) owing the retailer the credit that they’re due.

   Bottom line: highly recommended as a replacement for the original hook.

   I was hoping the EZGuardZ “Clear Ear Hook Clip Loop Replacement for Motorola Hx1 Bluetooth Headset” would be the solution instead of having to buy the Motorola original ear loop which is expensive – it was not the solution!

   The seller advertises it as being “Adjustable, Strong & Non-spinning”. It is not adjustable and most certainly NOT strong. I am very disappointed in this product and advice against purchasing it.

   Each loop lasted an average of 5 days. Two loops broke when putting it on the ear and one when removing. The plastic seemed inflexible and made me think I needed to be careful (which I was) when putting the loop on and off the ear. Two broke when in computer bag and purse where it was stored in a padded zip pouch.

   Purchased for a replacement for the HX1. The first batch I bought were not this brand all three broke in the first week. This particular brand I purchased 3 sets, just to be sure and because they were so inexpensive, and I have only used one the hooks out of the 18, I actually got 6 in each package, and its been a month now. So I am happy.
