Great replacement,
My original XL2200 lamp has worked for 6 years and then I realized the screen brightness has decreased. The TV also developed a problem where sometimes it would turns OFF for 1 or 2 minutes and then turns itself ON. I did some research and found that the lamp may be the cause of it. I decided to buy this bare lamp without housing because I knew it would not be too hard to install it. I was right. It took me about 20 minutes to put the lamp in. I used gloves just in case, trying to be careful handling it. After installation the screen brightness came back to the level it was when the TV was new. The problem with self turning is gone too! I am very happy with this purchase.

I’m extremely happy with this Phillips lamp, this is the same as the original lamp. I bought this to replace my original lamp which was going bad. This is as good as the original if not better. My Projection TV looks brand new again. This is a great price. I bought the lamp only and just installed it in the original housing that came with the TV…took all but 10 minutes. Great price and great seller.

|sony bare lamp for hd tv,
light bulb is exactly as picture shown brand new product but most importantly it is genuine phillips not cheap imitation. it worked great once installed and tv looks like new picture quality is great and no more black outs. so i would recommend this product so buy without worries.
